The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, maybe a little input for breakfast to be prepared to be filled because I missed out on food that had run out. for the service and cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities are very good. Hopefully in the future I can visit this hotel again and hopefully my feedback can be input to be better in the future, thank you.

The kids were happy to be able to swim in the large pool, the room was clean and spacious, the only downside was that the location was quite far from the beach, the hot water wasn't on, the food in the restaurant was not very varied and the taste was just okay. Don't forget to prepare cash, because when checking in you will be asked for 200 thousand rupiah in cash for the key deposit. And an additional breakfast of 75 thousand rupiah/child which can only be used in cash.

The experience was really cool even though I only stayed for one night. The family room was super spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet, with complete facilities. The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast, although it was a standard menu, was all delicious.

very impressive, cool / comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, available swallow flip-flops + umbrella + soft drinks / snacks in the mini bar (paid), varied breakfast menu, the only drawback is the distance to the beach is quite far, for those who are lazy like me, it's a staycation.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but was moved to a smaller one because the AC was broken. Lack of respect in how to handle the problem and the person in charge with my words that a small room is enough, why is he the one who arranges the room for my vacation? The parking is not organized and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room. I couldn't sleep at night because it sounded like there was a sound of a repairman fixing the furniture on the floor above. The bathroom floor is higher than the room so if there is water it goes into my room.
