The Arnawa Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel twice, it's very comfortable, the kids love it, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, access to everywhere is easy, the breakfast menu is delicious, lots of variety, the best in general.

Impressive, clean rooms, complete facilities, suitable for families

The food is great! But not for breakfast, staff recommends us to had breakfast at 9am due to busy hours on 7-9am but then during our time its only few menu left. Even fruits have no stock.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly, but there are some things that need to be improved regarding the room facilities.

Overall: a pleasant experience at the hotel after the beach

The room was as pictured, with cool, comfortable, and clean air conditioning, but the west coast was a long walk. Those of us who usually stay in hotels just need to walk across to the beach, and it felt quite far. The atmosphere was lively until late at night.

Hotel Arnawa's front view of the pool and the area is indeed nice and comfortable to look at, the pool is clean and the water is not so cold even though you swim at night But my room in 207 as soon as I entered the back view made it uncomfortable and at night it was noisy from the huts there and singing with guitars For me, the room was spacious and quite comfortable The double Queen bed was okay, the housekeeping was honest and good, but because this hotel is a bit old, it should be revitalized such as the rusty sink hole, the yellow and dirty toilet seat cover, the toilet door was moldy and peeling, the cupboard and furniture were old-fashioned, it gave the impression of a very old hotel, under the bed it should also be cleaned, some of the ceramics protruded and were not repaired But the TV was okay and there was Netflix The mini bar was not expensive for a hotel The AC was okay, no problems, the hot water was smooth even though the heat was inconsistent The restaurant's design was quite okay, the breakfast food was quite varied, some of the tastes suited me, for example the fried rice was okay but there were also some that less, for example the coffee needs to be improved in taste but the coffee from Aruna is great, I ordered Salted Frappucino Fried banana is not great, it is better to use blackened jackfruit banana so that it is fragrant and soft, but the bala2 is okay, the omelet is quite delicious, the kolak porridge is delicious, but the porridge doesn't have chicken What is certain is that during my 4X visit to Pangandaran, this hotel has the best food The food menu is okay, I bought Garlic prawn, capcay, chicken satay and fried chicken, the price is not that expensive for a hotel The employee service is 5 stars, all are friendly, even the security and I even got a compliment for breakfast for my child The downside is probably the car parking which is very limited even though there is a large area across the street

we stayed on the first day. the atmosphere is beautiful, the room is on the 2nd floor with a view of the swimming pool. the kids are happy swimming, access to the beach is also not too far. for breakfast the menu is less varied but the taste is good. the cleanliness area in the room is a bit lacking especially the floor. but the rest is satisfactory.

The hotel staff is friendly, clean, and I don't regret staying at The Arnawa Hotel. Next time I go to Pangandaran, I think I'll stay here again, thank you 🫶
