spacious, clean room, cool and well-maintained room equipment. the deluxe room that was booked yesterday, spacious and clean. the swimming pool is also clean, not just any swimming pool. not much chlorine. the choice of buffet food in the morning is complete

the hotel's position near Cipayung is still below... the weather is hot like Jakarta, the facilities are minimal, there is only a swimming pool, the breakfast is just ordinary

stayed 2 days, the food at the restaurant on the 1st and 2nd day was the same but the taste was different, it was better on the 1st day but the OMELETTE was THE BEST. The 1st room at 203 had a view not of the pool but the room was nice and comfortable, the 2nd day in a room on the 2nd floor with a pool view but the soap and shampoo were out of stock, it took quite a long time to wait about 30 minutes for a refill, I borrowed a prayer mat but it wasn't given, so I ended up using a towel and there was a lot of noise from the rooms above and beside it, it was very disturbing. So far so good, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Many of the lights in the corridor are out so it's a bit dark and feels spooky. So that the things that are lacking can be improved and what is already good can be maintained.

FL staff mba dea is very friendly and informative. Kitchen staff is also friendly. What needs to be improved is the gym facilities. The bbq dinner food is not very varied and seems unprepared for the sudden arrival of many guests

Stay on 9 May-11 May – Disappointed by Lack of Consideration During Evening Event We stayed here on 9 May for a long weekend holiday. The staff were friendly, the service was great, the pool was spacious, and our room was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor, and unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a late-night event. The hotel had informed us about a fireworks display from 9:30 to 10:00 PM as part of a group gathering. I responded positively — even said that my 4-year-old daughter might enjoy it. However, after a full day of travel and activities, both my wife and daughter were already asleep by 9 PM. The fireworks were short and didn’t disturb them, but loud music started around 10 PM and woke them up. It sounded more like a club than a family-friendly resort. I raised two complaints, but the music continued. The soundproofing was so weak that we could clearly hear conversations from the garden and outdoor event area — even from inside our bathroom. Had I known there would be loud music until late at night, I would have reconsidered booking. For families with young children, 10 PM is time to rest, not to be kept awake by noise from events. It was disappointing that neither the event organizers nor the hotel showed enough consideration for other guests who also paid for a peaceful and restful stay. I hope the hotel improves communication and sound control for future events. Update on the review 10 May: Requested a complimentary cake for my wife birthday, they said yes at 8 May but no comolimentary cake given.. Oh well
