Stay there due to transit, so I only experienced it for a short time, but it was amazing. The price is cheap for the provided facilities, the room is also quite wide. Will surely try it again if I plan to do any staycation.

I took the biggest room near the reception. All services are good from the reception to the security. I like it but the bathroom is a bit dirty. The cupboard is dusty in the room and the breakfast is not buffet..by order but the food is delicious. If it's for four people it's cool. I like it

The staff is friendly, responsive, the rooms are large, clean, the wifi is smooth, the hair dryer and others are satisfactory, next time I will stay again near Barromeus Hospital, just walking distance, the beef dishes have spices that are absorbed and the price is pocket-friendly.

Strategic location, on the main road, but not noisy to the room. With an efficient price but can be more. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. In the room is complete with a water heater, refrigerator, hairdryer, and wifi. Parking is also spacious and when you want to check out, the car is clean, washed for free. If you go to Bandung, God willing, stay at Palais again.

2. No signal, finally used wifi and the WIFI was INTERFERED with. So there was really no signal.

strategic location, but noisy so can't rest
spacious room, clean, clean toilet, very friendly staff I like it.. got free car wash service, hehe.. breakfast doesn't have many choices, the taste is so-so, but overall it's ok

I took the biggest room near the reception. All services are good from the reception to the security. I like it but the bathroom is a bit dirty. The cupboard is dusty in the room and the breakfast is not buffet..by order but the food is delicious. If it's for four people it's cool. I like it

The staff is friendly, responsive, the rooms are large, clean, the wifi is smooth, the hair dryer and others are satisfactory, next time I will stay again near Barromeus Hospital, just walking distance, the beef dishes have spices that are absorbed and the price is pocket-friendly.

Strategic location, on the main road, but not noisy to the room. With an efficient price but can be more. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. In the room is complete with a water heater, refrigerator, hairdryer, and wifi. Parking is also spacious and when you want to check out, the car is clean, washed for free. If you go to Bandung, God willing, stay at Palais again.

This hotel will need a major renovation/refresh. We stayed at a suite room and found a leakage mark on the ceiling and one of the wardrobe doors was missing.

Staying at Palois Dago was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and the rooms were big and clean; there was a free car wash service in the morning.

1. No signal at all in the room (blank)
2. No signal, finally used wifi and the WIFI was INTERFERED with. So there was really no signal.
3. The heater didn't work. The water in the bathroom was still cold

The room is very spacious for the price of 300. The car is cleaned every day, the restaurant above is too salty for me. Unless you mix 2 plates of rice.
