The deluxe room is very spacious, I was on the 7th floor and the view of the city of Medan looked good, especially if you were on a higher floor, we could also get access to the swimming pool and various other facilities.

Room facilities are worth it at the price. There are many additional facilities compared to hotels such as coffee makers, microwaves, electric stoves, cutlery and cooking utensils, the rooms are quite spacey. Hotel staff are friendly but not for apartment staff and the most complicated thing is the swimming pool which has limited use. Must register in the lobby. Moved the elevator to the apartment with a less friendly look from the apartment receptionist. Well heloo, we pay to stay here. And swimming is only given 45 minutes. OMG 45 minutes of swimming for kids is really short. No towels provided in the pool area and 45 minutes we were in the pool there were already staff reminding us to get out of the pool area. Such a bad staycation experience. Last but not least. Paid parking for guests 50 thousand for 24 hours. Thank you. That's enough.
