Our family stayed here because we had stayed here for a few nights a few years ago and were very satisfied with the service and facilities. However, things felt different when we returned a few days ago. First, when we arrived, the sheets were covered in hair, the mattress was also very dirty, and there were even footprints or shoes on the blanket. It seemed like the sheets hadn't been changed by the previous customer. I tried calling the lobby by dialing 0 but couldn't get through, so I had to go down to complain in person. To my appreciative satisfaction, they replaced them immediately, and I found the process very quick. Second, it turned out the hotel restaurant was now closed, so if we wanted to eat, we had to go outside. Luckily, there was a Family Mart, Kopi Kenangan, and Lawson downstairs. There are also quite a few eateries around the hotel, but if it rains, it becomes even more difficult. Third, access to the pool and gym is also limited by an access card, which, according to the notice, can only be used once per day. Coincidentally, I only received one access card, and even that wasn't working, so I had to ask the staff to open it. The gym equipment needs careful attention, as it wasn't lubricated, so some of the equipment wasn't working optimally. Overall, I can only give it a 6.5 out of 10, a stark contrast to my last stay. I probably won't be staying here again, as I can get better facilities elsewhere for the same price. Hopefully, they can improve further to avoid disappointing existing customers.

Perhaps my expectations were too high. The Square is quite well-known for a hotel/apartment on campus. However, the cleanliness of the rooms, despite the excellent facilities, is very poor. Furthermore, access is a bit difficult for first-time visitors. Perhaps the management and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and rooms could be improved.

2x stayed here, first time the room was okay as ordered. x this is bad even though there is only a difference of g until a month. The room is not according to the order, already written in the note asking for a room facing the street, the reception info is out of stock if the room is facing the city. odhl the order is already city viuw and there is a note facing the street. Ordered king given type Hollywood not real king. When the reception asked why the note did not appear, wanted to move to a city viuw room, asked how much to add, they said it was out of stock, checked on traveloka there are still 3 rooms left. The floor looks like it was not prepared before being sold because the floor looks like it was not swept. What is the function of the note if the end is not visible during the ci process.

1. The hotel room was very clean for a hotel of this class. I found clumps of hair in the refrigerator, the lights were dim, and the bathroom was also poorly maintained. 2. The shower was broken, the water temperature control was broken, and there was only one toothbrush provided, even though I was staying with my wife. The towels provided were not very clean. 3. The room phone didn't work, so I couldn't call reception. 4. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the signal was very weak in the hotel area. 5. The elevator was often broken. 6. Paid parking, which should be available for hotel guests, was charged Rp 8,000 per parking, and I stayed from Saturday to Tuesday. 7. The hotel is located in a congested area.

The hotel is actually nice, the room is spacious, but everything is fined and written in the room such as dirty blankets etc., but the facilities provided are lacking, for example cleanliness, there are many stains on the sheets and towels. So I just reported to the reception that I had received stained sheets and blankets to avoid fines.

This hotel is designed for apartments, so the air conditioning is located in the rooms. The AC is very loud and disrupts sleep. It can be set to a different mode, but if it's set to just air (no sound), the room gets hot. The rooms, etc., are old and have minimal maintenance.
