I tried the club premiere room, and the benefit was awesome! there was tea time, evening light dinner and wonderful breakfast! Well spent staycatiom! Their food was really good! Will come back after the pandemic! But the wifi is not really stable in my room

Super Friendly for kids. The pool has kids games, the restaurant has lots of food for kids, there is additional entertainment in the lobby.. 2 nights is the most appropriate minimum to stay here.. the comfort and luxury of the facilities in the room are top notch, the technology to open and close the curtain lights etc. uses buttons, so children's toys can be pressed. The corridor from the elevator to the room is a bit too dark.

The first time I visited this hotel, I was truly impressed—it had a luxurious, upscale feel that made the whole experience memorable. However, during my recent stay, that sense of luxury felt somewhat diminished. While the amenities are still well-maintained and the service remains good, some areas and furnishings are beginning to show signs of wear. It's subtle, but noticeable—perhaps the décor or fixtures could use a refresh to bring back that initial wow factor. It's still a comfortable and classy place, but not quite as polished as it once was.

Please evaluate it again. The queue for check-in is too long... so waiting too long to check in and the hotel is good with luxury hotel but the higher the floor, the slower the water is. Please evaluate it again so that on the upper floors the water spray can be strong, overall everything is okay.

very comfortable staying here. request for simple decoration for my wife's birthday was fulfilled well. for the premiere skyline room, it lacks smart tv/google tv. maybe it's time to upgrade the tv. for the restaurant, there are many choices and the taste is good. but in my opinion the food is not as varied as other five-star hotels in bdg and the indoor space is not spacious enough. the friendliness of the restaurant staff also needs to be improved.

The room is not soundproof, noisy, the officer called at 12 PM and only said well I will contact our manager. Until I went to bed at 1 PM the noise was still loud.
