Hotel location is quite near to Dago. But the sound from other room is still quite obvious so couldn't sleep well. The toilet facility need to be fixed.

I used to stay in this hotel 7 years ago now I'm disappointed and it's getting worse today. They are no longer have 3-stars value. Dirty room, smelly water, they don't even bother to dust the surfaces. Cokroaches, water leaks, wallpapers are falling apart, broken mirror. They don't have any breakfast like it used to. I booked for 2 nights, ended up staying for few hours. It doesn't worth IDR >200k. Stay away from this lodge, many humble hostels are better than this. The fact that it is a Traveloka preferred partner should have been questioned. In term of cleanliness, it should have been delisted. It should be 1/10, and that's only because of it's proximity to the city center.

This is like a former boarding house turned into a hotel so the facilities are not like a hotel, in the standard room, the dirty toilet needs to be scrubbed and given harpic liquid and the bathroom also needs cleaning fluid for the walls and bathroom floor. The hot water is also a bit difficult to set to warm, the trash can, the mattress pillows have also been dirty for a long time and need to be updated. The cupboards and door wood are starting to break, the floor can also be updated. For families/private people it is not comfortable except for young people who just check in to the room. Sorry. Hopefully it will be input for future improvements. Thank you.

The hotel is very dirty, please improve the cleanliness and facilities... the sink water tap is leaking, smells like cockroaches, the wallpaper is peeling off a lot of sheets, the blanket is worn out, the mattress is uncomfortable

Sthe staff was nice, but the room itself isn't really good. The bed, wardrobe, nightstand, are too old and need replacement. There was a water leak as well.

Who give 3-stars rating on G-maps> While in app only 2-star rating. I'll have no complain if this hotel is rated as 1-star or melati hotel. But with that such high star rate, all I found is beyond expectation. Darkie and smelly room, amenity (towel) is terrible, torn towel. The plus of this hotel is only the location.
