The hotel owner upgraded our reservation so we could use a room in front of the pool. Two peaceful days at the hotel with a tropical and homey atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff."

Me, my husband and our pet boba reallt enjoy stay with tropical Bali, the room super clean, well mantained, staff extremely helpful, breakfast more than we expected 😍 delicious. Definetely back again ❤.

Thank you Tropical Bali for your hospitality. Quiet place, spacious room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. We could not have asked for anything better. Oh maybe a parking lot?:) But all in all, my family and I had a great time there.

The price is not worth it with minimal facilities and location in rural Sanur and 1 of my most memorable experiences is that in my opinion this hotel is not recommended for local (Indonesian) tourists, for example my family and I were using the swimming pool facilities at around 7.30 am , after a few minutes I was complained by foreign tourists, who very arrogantly cursed me and my family with loud words that they did not accept if there was noise / activity in the swimming pool at that time, even though it was normal hours for guests to use the hotel's swimming pool. Then I reported it to the hotel management but they didn't do anything. In short, I'm an Indonesian when the staycation there feels like a ride in my own country! Thanks Tropical Bali Hotel.

There is no car park and the inconvenient broken door to the restroom. Try to sell the room if it's a good room. As for the nice and friendly staff.

You book a room for 2 people but you come with 4 people. Surely the room is not suitable for all your family. We give free extra bed. But you're still angry because you have to park your car upstairs, near the road, and you just want to park in front of the hotel. The door is broken, we fix it. Sometimes something breaks and you have to fix it. This is ordinary life. If you don't fix it, you can complain, but we'll fix it. My staff must be very polite with you. Thank you very much.

I stay with my partner just for a night. The hotel owners were very friendly, the employees were as well. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms also look clean and well maintained. The breakfast that I think is very luxurious. The pool was quite large and very well maintained. My wife also tried the Spa package that was there and she was very satisfied. The hotel owner also helped me to fastboat transfer from bali back to lombok. Recommend really for couples or families who want to spend the night in Bali, especially sanur.
