I stayed at Ultima Guest House for 4 days and 3 nights because I needed an affordable room while in Bandung. I was looking for a place to sleep for the night only, and thank God, I always had a good night's rest and woke up refreshed. The room was always cleaned every day; the smart TV was able to watch Netflix; the AC cooled quickly; the bathroom always had hot water, and the shower was strong; towels were changed daily; toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo were provided. It was easy to find food around the guest house area, and you can borrow cutlery from the cafe in front of the guest house. Recommended for those looking for a place to rest properly during your activities in Bandung.

The location is great, right on the roadside and right next to the BORMA supermarket, although the guest house is tucked away after the barber shop (access is through an iron fence). The service is also good, prompt, and friendly. The rooms are clean and away from the noise of the main road. Prayer mats are also provided on the wardrobe shelves. The only downside is the shower water. The shower head isn't strong enough, tending to be small, weak, and a little too much for a shower. At first, the shower head was hot, but after contacting the front desk and having it fixed by the staff, it turned out to be cold water. 👍👍👍. Hopefully, the shower head will be stronger in the future.

For the price, hot water for showering is only available in the morning. The air conditioning works well, and there are two bottles of water, two teas, two coffees, and a water boil-and-boil unit. The downside is that there's no bolster.

The rooms and grounds are quite nice. The central location is close to everything. The facilities are very adequate. The service is friendly and the receptionist explains things in great detail. The atmosphere is lively, perhaps because the accommodation is also part of a boarding house. There was a slight downside in room 214. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor, possibly coming from the toilet. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Please improve on the cleanliness. But overall, it was okay. 👍

The location is close to Kircon station, there are also many snacks around the inn, the supermarket is right next to it, there is also a cafe above the inn, the room is quite clean, maybe the toilet is a little smaller but enough, there was 1 cockroach, I don't know where it came from, luckily it could be thrown away immediately, the atmosphere is comfortable, the TV and AC are also working. 👍
