Room not clean, access to the hotel not good. I want to check out and get my deposit back, but the staff said the employee will start work at 8:00 AM. Such a bad experience.

Booked a room on the 1st floor but when checking in was given a room on the 3rd floor, there were no tissues in the room, only one towel, the hot water in room 304 was not on, the floor of the room was slippery as if it had only been mopped continuously with perfume, the bathroom toilet was dirty with dirt stains, overall not recommended, there are still many other accommodation options in the same price range, the only plus is the spacious parking lot

The room and bathroom are quite clean, the water heater is on. Amenities and drinking water are available. The location is not far from the highway. It's just that when I stayed yesterday, they were renovating so the floor was a bit dusty. Hopefully the service can be improved again.
