When we checked in, the hotel staff was very relaxed, there was no attitude of prioritizing guests. The executive room was in the form of a bungalow with wooden material so it seemed dark. But in the room there was only one dim lamp. So the room situation seemed stuffy. When I went out to look for food, some rats were running near the front office, I told them, the reason was because the trash had not been thrown away. Finally I moved hotels rather than not being able to sleep at night, not being able to work in the room during the day because it was dark ...

Not recommended, creepy! It's a shame that the hotel is actually nice but it's not well maintained, the street lighting is minimal, don't expect a hot shower, the room is damp, far from the display photos, first and last.🙏🙏

Very bad! Not a single thing is the same as the picture. Old, old building, smelly, moldy, etc. LOW staff service. Ask for parking money to be paid upon check in. Ask for money to upgrade the room. Kind of a lie.

Got a place on the ground floor, the first time I entered, it smelled a bit after smoking. When I checked under the mattress, it turned out to be dirty and there were cigarette butts, but the room was clean, but the underside wasn't checked enough. The admin is also friendly and the hot water is quite pleasant.
