My stay at Urbanview truly exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied. My room was spacious, clean, and had a calming, modern minimalist interior design. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a water heater. The swimming pool and its complete amenities were a plus. The staff's friendliness is commendable. From the speedy check-in process to the responsive room service, they were always ready to assist. Despite being a premium hotel, the value I received was commensurate, if not exceeding, the price, considering the facilities, service, and comfort offered. The location is also very strategic, close to Jakarta Convention Center (PVJ) and downtown Bandung, making it easy to get around for both business and leisure.

As for the staff, they're friendly, but the accommodation (room) isn't comfortable. The sheets are dirty, the room is dusty, and the smell is really stuffy when you enter. Yes, the price is cheap, so you know, but apparently not all previous reviews can be trusted.

There was no kettle, and no in-room telephone that could connect to the lobby, so if you needed anything, you had to leave the room to ask directly. The room wasn't soundproof at all, especially late at night, when the sound of people chatting from the lobby was clearly audible and very disturbing. Not to mention the sound of the faucet from the next room, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Best facilities: 1. The swimming pool and rooms were as pictured in the app. 2. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. 3. Close to residential areas, with plenty of food stalls and close to the Paris Van Java mall. 4. Suitable for backpackers looking for an affordable stay. What needs improvement: 1. There needs to be clear information or SOPs in the app, as I was charged for more than two guests. 2. The cleanliness of the bed needs attention; the pillowcases looked yellowed and the sheets had stains. 3. Wi-Fi access was only available on the ground floor and didn't reach the upper floors. Even after changing rooms, the network kept dropping out. 4. The atmosphere was less than peaceful. Around 1 a.m., I heard footsteps going up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing, and the sound of trolleys outside the room, which was quite disturbing.

The swimming pool is spacious and suitable for all ages. The location is very close to the Paris Van Java Mall, just 10 minutes by motorcycle taxi.

I stayed for three days because I had business at RSHS. The sports facilities here are very complete, including a cafe, pool, gym, billiards, and yoga classes. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit if you want to swim. Overall, the room facilities are as described. The environment is safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, responsive, and informative. A few suggestions: perhaps the room facilities could be repainted and the door handles fixed. The toilets are still slippery, and the towels are very wet. Once these are fixed, it's guaranteed to be even more popular with millennials and Gen Z.

From the catalog photos it looks clean and the bathroom is nice, but it turned out to be very far from the photos. The bathroom was very dirty, there was also used soap, yellow sink water, moldy bathroom walls, the bathroom smelled of urine, the bathroom door was broken/holey. The bedroom floor was also still dusty. I'm not even sure the sheets were changed :( Finally I sprayed the mattress with hand sanitizer to just rest for the night because it was too late to move again. From the beginning I was a bit suspicious because the reviews were few but all good. Turns out...
