Everything is okay, only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, there is still hair on the floor of the room, there is water and ants on the kettle jug

So yesterday I stayed again at Urban View for the 3rd time. Once downstairs and twice upstairs. Yesterday I just got a room on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the city and mountains, it was really cool to see the lights of Batu City at night, and in the morning I was given a super beautiful mountain view. There is AC but it wasn't used because the room was really that cold. But unfortunately the wifi was disconnected yesterday even though it usually works smoothly during the few times I've stayed there. I ordered food for breakfast, it's quite cheap and the taste is quite good. The staff is also really cool, the TV had problems and they fixed it right away. The water taps that were stuck were also immediately replaced. For a price under 200k, I got a hotel this comfortable. It will be a favorite place to stay if I go to Batu again.

just stayed here last Saturday, I rented a deluxe room type, stayed with three children and husband, I got a room on the 2nd floor my honest review (+) the view is quite good, you can see a bit of Bukit Bintang-style citylight (but the view from the hotel balcony is not the view from my room) (+) the staff is friendly (+) there is wifi and the TV is already a smart TV even though the only ones that can be accessed are YouTube and YouTube Kids (Netflix etc. are locked) (+) there is a water heater (although sometimes it doesn't turn on) (+) there is mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, a kettle (+) there is a swimming pool, there is a children's play area like a mini playground (-) can't choose a room, rooms with direct views are only available if you book a room directly at the hotel, not via the application (info from the guy who took me to the room) (-) when my stuff fell I looked under the bed, and Masyaallah the under bed was full of trash, it was really as if the trash that was swept was put under the bed (-) The bathroom in my room has a rather clogged drain, so when I take a shower the water floods the bathroom (-) The bed is not very big, it is a bit noisy, when I change sleeping positions it creek kriek

The hotel is quite clean, the wifi is smooth, it has a smart TV, it's just a shame that the hot water is very limited, often when you shower the water suddenly gets cold.

Yesterday, because I didn't stay on a weekend, the atmosphere was calm and not so crowded. Maybe this hotel is very crowded on weekends.

3 days 2 nights stay here, to the square of Batu near Jatimpark, close to the car park is also good, adequate. The staff is responsive and fast if we need help, even if we want to park, we are guided directly, what is already good is maintained, what needs to be improved is perhaps the availability of hot water which must always be on so that whenever we need it without asking for help from the staff. Even though I had requested an upper room, I was still given a lower room :(disappointed.

My wife and I first came here for our honeymoon. Alhamdulillah we got room 2.34, when we came out of the room we were treated to a view as beautiful as this. The hot water sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Maybe it can be fixed. In our room there was also no hanger to ask for the room to be cleaned, which is usually on the door

Every check-in at Batu Hotel, only here there are not many rules, everywhere in Batu Hotel is not as complicated as a budget hotel like this. Especially the problem of loss, how come the housekeeping is not careful about money, how come the reason is thrown away, Thrown in the trash or thrown in the pocket? Hahaha Usually I check in anywhere, rings, money, whatever it is, it is always kept, always found, even the receptionist calls me. but this is a matter of honesty, I am disappointed, I will not come back here again, be careful, other guests. 😂😂

the view is really nice, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable but unfortunately the rooftop wasn't turned on when I went there at night, if I could go up it would be really nice, overall ok, I really like it....
