This is my second time here and I am still satisfied with the hotel. For that price, the service and facilities are really good. Lots of seating spots, comfortable rooms, and there is hot water too. Okay, and I will still stop by if I go to Puncak again.

the staff not friendly and not helpful at all. first i entered the room, its smelly, and the bed has cockroach, and also the toilet its broken, and i asked for changing the room, but they refused. They were not giving any solution, until i decided to check out immediately even though i already paid for 2 nights.

The room is stuffy, the water often runs out, the room is dirty, the staff is not very agile, changes must be made immediately, even though the price is cheap, cleanliness and comfort must still be maintained.

The staff is friendly, polite, the air is cool, the rooms are spacious, the location is a bit hidden & the road is dark at night, but the vibes are very good in the morning, the bathroom has hot water.
