The staff is not very friendly, a bit rude. The water was turned off in the morning. The area under the bed is dirty and full of trash. Please clean it..so that it remains clean. And fix things that need to be improved.. Every customer input is taken into account.. Thank you.

The photos and reality are very different, then the staff is really bad, serving with an unfriendly face, then we asked for a high floor, but we were given a lower floor in the corner, got no soap, got nothing, only dirty towels, the room was stuffy, dirty. This is the first time I've received the worst service in any inn. 🤧

the room is stuffy and the smell is not fresh...do not get complete soap and toothpaste and toothbrush only towels...the parking lot is very spacious for cars and motorbikes...the location is on the edge of Japan Utama...only the room is very uncomfortable...the pillowcase seems not to have been changed from the previous guest so it smells...not recommended...the room is only maintained haphazardly..so it is uncomfortable and the smell is musty...

The guard is super rude, not friendly at all. The room is stuffy and smells damp, there is no soap, no towels, the TV is dead, there is no AC even though the description says there is AC. The guard is super unfriendly. Very disappointed.

maybe the staff could be friendlier, very very rude, no greetings regarding the weather etc. not always staying at the reception. in the traveloka information, checkout is at 12.00 but it says 11.00 there, not true. there is wifi, not given the password, use must ask first.
