Super happy here. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We arrived partially, but the FO staff was very kind so they were given early check-in. We were given a check-in at 12 o'clock but we arrived at around 9 o'clock. Then we tried to ask for fun, whether we could buy breakfast vouchers, it was OK and the price was affordable! Price of 98 thousand for 2 people. The breakfast is still fresh at 9.30 and is worth it for 43 thousand per person! Thank God, I can check in ealry at 12 o'clock. After getting our keys up and into the room. The room is nice, big (for 3 star size) and clean. The bed is really soft! The bathroom is also clean, the internet is bouncing hard (there is a work desk too), cold and easy check-out AC! Thanks Verse will come back again to Cirebon again.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. It's located close to the main road. It's in a shophouse complex with only one entrance and exit to the parking lot. Hotel security is quite responsive in managing parking for vehicle security. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant's breakfast service is excellent, with a variety of food and drinks. Cons: 1. The hotel towels aren't pure white; they look like old towels. 2. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak. 3. When you first enter the room, the floor feels dusty (perhaps it hasn't been there for days). 4. The bathroom sink faucet only provides hot water (the regular faucet is broken). We've requested repairs, but there's been no follow-up. It's likely a case of forgetting to follow up. Thanks, hopefully, there will be improvements.

The hotel room was ok, just didn't smell good, there was no thermos for drinking hot water, no cups for coffee, no tea or coffee, usually there is but there wasn't one in the cupboard when I stayed there.

The towels were a bit unclean, the color was faded, the floor wasn't swept properly, and the breakfast was average. But the staff was friendly. The best part was the shower... lol... it ran smoothly and the water was warm too.

It's actually nice, close to the city center, but it's a bit of a shame that I got a room that didn't match my request. I asked for a single room but was given a double room. Also, for room 720, the access door was broken, so when I wanted to enter the room I had to go through the lobby first.
