My family and I really enjoyed staying at Villa Alva, the atmosphere is cool and very close to Jatim Park 2 tours, and the front of the alley is also very close to Indomaret, and every time there are lots of traders passing by to offer food in front of the villa, so I'm not afraid to starve , for the guard, the best service.

It's nice that the environment isn't that quiet. Clean villa, recommended, next here again. The input is that there is no coffee sugar tea and towels like the villa next door hehe, hopefully it can be a consideration, the owner's input, thank you .

Actually, I wasn't too disappointed, just beyond my expectations, but luckily I was given a check-in bonus starting at 11 noon. According to the photo in the application, only some facilities are poorly maintained, such as a sofa that looks dirty, the equipment in the kitchen is incomplete, a faucet that seems to be coming off, and the smart TV can only be used to view TV, in this case the WiFi is slow. Only the room smells good, the blanket is quite thin. But overall okay, 3 stars for this villa, just not recommending it.

The place is strategic, near Indomaret, no need to be confused looking to eat a lot of food vendors enter the villa complex, the villa itself is clean and comfortable besides 2 bedrooms also provided 2 extra beds so enough for 6-7 adults, pillow cushions are also available a lot but my advice for guests who stay overnight bring your own pillow case for extra, utensil kitchen is also complete if you want to cook, unfortunately hot water does not work well overall is recommended to stay here.

Thank you for the service, the staff was friendly and honest, when we missed the goods delivered. And the villa is clean comfortable but there was a cockroach, maybe a baygon spray can be provided, hot water is on, Many food vendors are around so don't be afraid of starvation.

Very happy with the service of Mamat. It so happened that our car tires had to change because they leaked. Delivered with Pak Mamat looking for a tire shop in the morning. Coming to the villa was warmly welcomed by Pak Mamat. The model villa is exactly our home, so it feels like home. The difference is the cool weather champion. Clean and love the wifi and entertainment facilities iflix youtube etc. The owner is quick to respond when we extend until 15:00. Highly recommended for at least 4 family members. We will definitely stay again if we visit Batu Malang one day.

Ke Malang for a family vacation. 3 days 2 nights. because there is a little one, we decided to try staying at the villa. Real everything is beyond our expectation ... staying in this villa is more pleasant than in a hotel. children can play freely and see a clean villa environment. Two Thumbs for Mr. Drajat and P Gatot for the quict response to his help ... Hours are already 11, you can check in to the Villa ... the location is very close to everywhere JT2 / 1, BNS, museum transport etc...over all recommended for where to stay ... other times you will definitely stay there for Malang.

Nice villa with modern design. There are gallons and cooking utensils. But at the beginning of entering the villa guard is not friendly in answering questions by phone or direct questions, so that makes us all upset. Luckily the villa was good so it was less annoying.

Cool, clean and comfortable villa, security guard is in front of the cluster, friendly service, can get 2 small extra beds. Equipment for cooking and for complete cooking, just bring raw materials., Suitable for family holidays, according to the picture, near Indomaret, near Jatim Park 2, just walk. Lots of food passing by too. Really recommended.

This villa is very nice, comfortable and clean, equipped with facilities that are very suitable for families, the price is relatively cheap with 3-star facilities. The residential area is guarded by a security guard, shopping for vegetables is also close, close to East Java Park and Indo Araret, just really recommended.
