Affordable, located in front of JTP2 and close to everything. Trans Jatim bus stop, Indomaret, plenty of food stalls offering a variety of menus and snacks nearby. Complete cooking utensils. Nice.

It's very cheap, the bed is very comfortable, the cooking utensils are also complete, it's really good for that price, the only minus is the water heater, 3 stars, apart from that, everything is good 💗

Satisfied with the villa.. The location is close to Jatim Park 2, unfortunately there is no wifi.. Next time I will stay again.

Comfortable, cool, and close to JTP 2.

The location is right in front of JTP 2. And in front of it are rows of food stalls, and there's an Indomaret nearby. There are three bedrooms, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a TV. This is a residential complex converted into a villa, so it still feels like home. Unfortunately, the water heater sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

It was a pleasure to stay here for 5 nights with my family.. close to everything, highway, market, Indomaret, mosque, bus stop, and Jatim Park tourist attraction.. The atmosphere in the villa feels like home, running water, complete kitchen facilities.. Overall, it's really top... Could be a recommendation for a place to stay if you go to Batu again...

Great location, close to everything. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and a kitchen, making it perfect for families or groups. I planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying two.

My stay was quite colorful 😄 The front door was a bit difficult to open, and there were cockroaches inside, which caused a bit of a stir with the kids. The water heater wasn't working or the gas was out, so we had to use boiled water for a shower. The room felt damp, and the sheets and mattress smelled a bit of old fabric. The pillow didn't have a cover, so I didn't use it. There was a trash can, but it was outside, so I didn't notice it at first. Plus points: the kitchen was very well-equipped, which I liked. There was no Wi-Fi. The location is strategic and close to everything 😊

Alhamdulillah, my stay here was quite satisfactory and worth it for the price I got, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with complete cooking utensils, a dining table, a TV too, even when entering, cleanliness is maintained, access is also easy because it is right across from the Jatim Park 2 exit, basically it is recommended for staying with family 👍

Got it for around 140, plus tax, it was 170. It's so close to JTP2 that we didn't bring a car and just walked. The room is clean, but don't ever compare it to hotels priced around 400-500. It's embarrassing, isn't it? This is already the best deal. Thank you, owner, and guard. May Villa Batu 88 continue to prosper.

The villa is nice and close to the tourist center. However, the hot water doesn't work well, and there are a lot of black ants, which is a bit annoying. The kitchen has a leak, so water gets in when it rains. The villa could probably be improved. The staff is very friendly and responsive if you need help.
