Overall it's good, only one of the staff there might need to be given a lesson on how to communicate with guests, his tone of voice is too loud and in the end it makes the guests uncomfortable, the owner might need to be given a warning to his employees. The point is, don't assume that all guests don't know the rules, don't blame "new guests" for the breaking habits of guests who have already stayed there. That guy is ridiculous.

Love the place and the view! It 's so hard to find a decent villa with enough rooms. Will definitely recommend this to others. One improvement point is to update the contact number so that guests can reach out to confirm before checking in.
