Everything must have its pros and cons. Nice morning view on the 3rd floor, the downstairs room leaks, the stairs also seepage, always wet so slippery.

(1) Sorry, when we arrived at Maghrib we had not prayed, and it turned out that the water in the upper tank was empty. While in the 2 available bathrooms were also empty, there was no water at all. As a result, we contacted the villa guard to turn on the water. (2) For the door lock. Not all of them have keys. Even though we are a big family, but privacy must still exist. Which in our opinion (+) cannot be compared to anything, we really respect the villa guard Because at night we needed an extra bed, he delivered it alone by motorbike, This is very difficult to find, a 90*200 bed he brought himself. (3) For the location, it is more or less quite far from the Indomaret/Alfamart minimarket and the like. In addition, the location is also quite in an alley/road that is not very big. Sorry & thank you.

Staycation at Villa Kiraya is very enjoyable, both families, young people and children alike feel at home. The location of Villa Kiraya is near residential areas, so if you need anything, access to buy is easy. The villa is clean, and if there are not enough beds you can add an extra bed, eating and cooking utensils are provided. Carpets are not provided, luckily we brought them from home. My advice: every room should be provided with a fan, because even on the rocks it still feels hot. Thank you 🙏

The villa keeper was kind and responsive when there was a slight problem yesterday, the place was comfortable, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fan, and the water for bathing had moss coming out of the faucet and the cleanliness of the villa was lacking.

Lokasi dekat BNS. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih dan gercep yang jaga. Namun perlengkapan sholat sama mandi tidak tersedia. Perlu di lengkapi lagi seperti beberapa villa yang sudah kami sewa.

Villanya sangat bagus, tempatnya bersih, dan ketika masuk air kolam renang juga baru di ganti, tidak jauh dari jatimpark3 dan untuk keluarga seperti saya sangat mudah jika ingin memasak sendiri karena dekat dengan toko sayur dan lain-lain. Penjaganya pun ramah mereka memastikan semua fasilitas agar bisa di pakai pengunjung. Next kalau ke batu pasti menginap di sana.
