The check-in and check-out process was fast. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the AC was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the hot water worked. There was coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and complete toiletries. The drinking water was refillable. The vibe felt like I was going home. I liked it. I hope I can come here again next time.

The location is great, not affected by the one-way road at Puncak. However, access to the hotel is narrow, passing through village houses and the river. From the hotel, there is walking access to the rice fields and the Ciliwung River, making for a wonderful view of the surrounding natural scenery. It seems like a nice hotel for its time, but it's poorly maintained and needs a complete renovation, including the building, rooms, swimming pool (which has dirty water), and surrounding facilities.

the room is big and clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast price is affordable, the location is not far from the Ciawi toll road so it doesn't have opening and closing hours :). The food is delicious but when I went there the breakfast wasn't a buffet even though I wanted to try various foods :(. The hotel's surroundings are rice fields and a river, which can be used for grounding :).

It was a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and always responded to our requests. The view over the rice fields was truly beautiful. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak, there was no hot water in the shower at times, and we had to change our room because there were hundreds of ants all over the floor.
