The villa is clean, has an internet connection, and complete kitchen utensils. We love the friendly staff, fresh air, and clean swimming pools. The unforgettable thing was we got an excellent New Year's Eve door prize. Unfortunately, the building and its facilities are too old and need further maintenance. Overall, nice place to stay.

The rooms are okay, but the swimming pool is dirty so it can't be used for swimming even though it's already prepared for swimming, the other pool has a snake so be careful for holidays with small children, the staff is friendly, actually the villa is nice but because it's not well maintained it gets dirty, maybe if it's been renovated will come back again.

Every place has + and minus, plus the check-in process is easy, minus room facilities such as tv no broadcast, water heater doesn't work, the same room has lots of big black ants for connecting to customer service, no one is active.

Untuk akses ke villanya mudah, jalur masuk 2 mobil. Pesan villa dengan 2 kamar. Ruang tamunya luas. Sprei nya juga wangi, cuma kasurnya emang udah harus diganti kayaknya hehe soalnya berasa banget per kasurnya, agak bikin badan sakit hehehe. Terus untuk perlengkapan dapur juga ga terlalu lengkap. Yang disediain itu kulkas, dispenser + galon 1, ulekan, piring, sendok, kuali 1, jidir 1, teko kecil 1. Buat fasilitas kolam renang agak kurang terawat, wahana bermainnya juga agak kurang terawat, beberapa mainan ada yang udah tidak layak digunakan. Di villanya juga ada semut gitu, di kamar juga. Tapi ga banyak. Terus di sini kayaknya ga bakal takut laper deh haha soalnya banyak tukang-tukang yang pada jualan gitu. Ganti-gantian sih datangnya. Ada yang jualan bakso, sate, terus ada juga yang jualan mainan anak-anak. Tukang buah alpukat. Oiya! Ada juga jasa naik kuda keliling villanya, cuma gatau harganya berapa hehehe. Makin sukses & jaya ya Tjokro! Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih bagus lagi fasilitas yang ada di villanya.

Awal datang berbarengan 350 anak sekolah menginap di Tjokro 3, tapi untungnya kita dikasih villa di Tjokro 1 & kebetulan di weekday jadi gak rame villanya, kebetulan juga kolam renangnya pas depan villa kita di 3B & mobil bisa parkir pas depan villa kita. Cuma awalnya receptionisnya minta uang deposit 200k karena kita pesan lewat aplikasi, tapi saya tidak setuju karena kita sudah bayar full di awal lewat aplikasi dan akhirnya diperbolehkan tanpa deposit. Untuk galon juga ternyata katanya tidak dapat kalo kita pesan lewat online, tapi setelah negosiasi akhirnya saya dikasih free 1 galon & bahkan itu juga masih full galonnya saat saya check out. Untuk pelayanan lumayan oke, ruangannya juga bersih, cuma pas malem sangat terganggu dengan music yang entah dari villa tjokro atau tempat lain, Karen posisi kita pas di atas jadi berisik banget. Untuk extrabed harga 50k. Peralatan dapur kurang ulekan sama centong sayur trus sama rice cooker, untungnya saya bawa ricecooker sendiri dari rumah. Untuk Tjokro 1 villa 3B tempatnya sangat bagus. Next maunya disitu lagi kalo bisa request. Semoga lebih baik lagi untuk Villa Tjokro.
