This is my first experience staying at this hotel with my family. Overall I like it here. The location is very close to Alun-alun which is super strategic.

Very satisfied, really close to looking for food or shopping. The staff is friendly, get breakfast. Got a towel even though it wasn't too clean white in color and got soap and shampoo. Gallons are also provided for refilling drinks. And the staff is very kind, we ask for a late check out because we want to pray first, we are allowed and we can leave things too. It's the best

With that price, it's quite comfortable, the facilities in the room all work. Close to everywhere if you want to shop, just walk.

At first I was surprised to see another review but after staying not bad, it's comfortable, I can also have breakfast, it's just that there is a problem with the room key but because valuables are always taken I don't have a problem too, hopefully it can be improved, yes, which is already well maintained .

The first time I came and saw the room, I was immediately shocked, the photos in the application really didn't match the original. The walls were damp, peeling off, there were blotches on the floor. The toilet floor is not a tiled floor, there is no bulkhead for the shower and toilet. Still smelling urine, I finally flushed the whole bathroom again and I gave my soap to make it smell good. There is no mat for the bathroom so it's muddy. There are no toiletries, you have to request first to the receptionist. What's worse is the breakfast, really surprised. Can't say any more. No coffee or tea provided. Just as in the picture and glass mineral water. The pluses of this hotel are only two, the staff is friendly and the location is strategic, near the Bandung square, so everywhere is close. The rest is minus all 😠The worst hotel I've ever been to. For the price of more than 400k when I ordered it wasn't really worth it, hopefully in the future the room can be repaired and maintained.

For me personally the room is not clean, the bed linen has stains such as blood stains, the pillow still has hair left/not clean, the table has lots of ants, the bathroom is very uncomfortable, amenities (toothbrush and others are not available), bathroom mat must be requested to the front desk, have a perfunctory breakfast and have to take the rice box at the front desk. The staff is very friendly and check-in is fast, and you still have to make a deposit. Area close to historical place / Braga and main square.

The bathroom is an old model, a suggestion if you stay here, room only, the breakfast menu is not good, like kindergarten children's lunch, the rice looks like stale. Better to order food from outside.
