Nice comfortable hotel close to everything. Had everything we need in the room like A/C, Fridge, safe and kettle. Pillows were a little hard & flat but I had my own travel pillow. Breakfast had a good variety but the eggs & bacon were not kept warm enough in my opinion…there could have been a problem with the warmer.

Spent one week at this hotel, very impressed. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Room had a sofa, fridge, kettle and everything we needed.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was mainly sweet as we have found everywhere in Italy but very good quality and breakfast staff very friendly. This 3 star hotel was better than a 5 star one we stayed in elsewhere. In fact we have rebooked for another three nights soon as enjoyed it so much and location was good. Definitely recommended.

It’s 10 to 15 minutes walk to town and coffee shops and restaurants as well as the interesting sites. I was very comfy in this hotel, nice big room and nice bed. The staff were very kind.

Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud. Would stay again though.

We went to Verona for the Opera and wanted somewhere fairly close to the arena. This hotel was great, and the staff very helpful. The option for breakfast was good, as was the quality. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The only very minor criticism, we could have done with a bit more choice of English programmes on the TV.

This is a very clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk from the Arena. The bed was comfy and the breakfast fine. There was no view from the window and no lounge area or outside space to rest in. There is a lift.

Liked the hotel. Warm and convenient. Think the rooms need a little updated, floor is marked, walls are damaged. But slept well. Would appreciate some English channels on the TV. At the moment there are none.
