The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect!
One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

This was a great hotel location for those looking to easily get access to MXP. They have a convenient shuttle (for free) and very accommodating staff. Affordable, clean, updated hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our quick stay.

Emmanuel at the check-in counter apparently was never taught how to smile. Maria in the morning did not have our breakfast boxes although we had reserved them with Emmanuell. Nor would she allow me to have a cup of coffee although the machine was on and I had been told at check-in that coffee was available 24/. Finally, we had to pay for our shuttle to the airport 24 euros but the person sitting next to me in the shuttle told me she was not asked to pay. All in all a terrible experience.

I was willing to pay more than I wanted to for a hotel the night of our arrival from a long overseas flight because I wanted something easy and comfortable. My expectation was that this place would be nice given how expensive it was, but I was very disappointed. The facilities are old, dirty, and in disrepair. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the person in the room next to us urinating and coughing, and loud voices in the hall. The front desk staff was rude. Restaurant food was overpriced and mediocre. It’s not close to any stores or other points of interest. The airport shuttle does not have enough space for passengers, and only makes one trip per hour, which meant a long wait for the ride to the hotel (even with a reservation) and on both our trip to and from the airport there were guests that could not get a ride because there was not enough room. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Don’t be fooled by the free shuttle. When it exists, it has very limited schedule and is booked far in advance. It’s very hard to take a taxi from here so it turns a cheap airport hotel into an expensive and inconvenient airport hotel.
