Every thing it’s ok except the shower is to small is dificult to get a shower that is

The hotel has great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Within distance of spots to see in the city,quiet clean , friendly receptionist, breakfast staff recommendable accommodation!

The Reception lady is exceptional. She is very helpful, caring and accommodating. I will definitely recommend your hotel. Breakfast food are excellent.

Everything in walking distance

The staff were very helpful with our every requests and friendly towards everyone. The location is very ideal for walking and getting rides is easy , as well. I just would like to suggest to have at least one microwave we could use in the hotel and at least some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Otherwise, I would highly likely book in this hotel again.

Nice stay

It is close to the Vatican City. Far from everything else but there is a nearby metro like a 5-10 mins walk

Great location close to the Vatican. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Marta. Decent breakfast. Building and lobby are a bit dated, however, the rooms are spacious modern and clean.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 days...the rooms were renovated, (been here before) the dining area too. Location is excellent, walking distance to St Peter Square, Sistine Chapel, Metro to Termini... Staff area great...helped us with the directions ...Martha and Monica are Wonderful!!! Will be back for the third tine sometimes soon... Oh...breakfast is soo nice...various croissant to choose from....lol

Excellent hotel location. The bathrooms are huge and modern for Italian standards. The breakfast has many options and was good. We were 5 in our group and got 2 rooms and were very comfortable. Best of all, the front desk were always so cheery, helpful and made our stay so great. Will definitely stay here again! Love this place!

The hotel and the room are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast great! I loved the central location, literally 5 minutes walk from St. Peter Basilica.

Great hotel in a great position. Marta on reception was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, giving us some great suggestions to make the most of our 3 days. Highly recommended.

The front desk girl was so helpful when my son got sick. The night person helped us get a taxi to take us to the hospital emergency room. Don’t ever go to ospedale di santo espiritu. Worst experience ever. Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varied options.

The location is perfect, 10 min from train station, Ottaviano, 6-8 min from St Peters Basilica and St Angelo’s and lots of food choices to eat.Bus stop 81 is also 3-5 min walk. The reception are friendly, the room is roomy( family of 4) and the aircon is fab. The breakfast buffet is ok but the same daily and theres no hot breakfast which is normal in Europe I think. We stayed for 5 nights and the only downside is you pay additional for the tax when you arrive which costs us another 115 euro. We found Jollibee which is good for chickenjoy only 6-8 min walk from the hotel. We booked a return journey through SIT bus to and from Fuimicino airport which is around £6 and is about 15 min walk from the hotel. The area was safe and we even stayed during Young Adults Jubillee week.
