Hotel Agape

Hotel Agape in Milan was a great choice for our stay. It’s located in a pleasant and convenient area, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was comfortable and well organized, and having a paid garage available was a very practical bonus. The staff were very nice, professional, and respectful. After a long trip, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. This quaint, boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between charm and practical comfort. Location & Transportation: The hotel is wonderfully situated, just steps from public transit (metro/train/bus), making it super easy to get around. Whether you’re headed to the city sights or commuting farther out, everything feels accessible. Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless — floors, linens, bathroom, everything was well maintained. The décor has character, without sacrificing comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked as expected (air conditioning, hot water, etc.). It felt like a place where someone cares. Staff / Service: The staff were exceptional. From front-desk greetings to recommendations for dinner, they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate small requests and made everything easy. It felt like staying at a place run by people who want you to feel welcome, not just another guest. Overall Impression & Return Factor: I left with absolutely no hesitation: I would stay here again. The mix of charming ambiance, cleanliness, convenience of location, and friendly service makes this hotel a real gem. If you’re looking for something cozy, reliable, and with character — this is it.

Good location with numerous amenities around. Hotel staff was polite and helpful, however the room was at the 2* level, but never 4. Emergency plan even displays the hotel having 3 stars,not worth the money

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

The room was excellent and the service too. Far from everything but the train station was down the street so you could go everywhere.

Friendly staff, had a really nice comfortable stay. I did request 4 single beds and got 2 singles and a double for 4 womenm other than that it was brill.

Unfortunately disappointing stay. We travelled with two small kids. On the arrival day at about 8pm we noticed the shower doesn't work. We went to the reception, one person came with us to the room and didn't get to work it either so he asked the manager to come. He apparently turned on the wayer supply and promised to fix off falling nob the next day (didn't happen). The next day we came back from the trip and we realised that the door locks in our floor were changed to different system. So our key card was useless and we had to go to the reception to ask a contactless card. They couldn't get the coding machine work so lady came to us to open the doors and asked my husband to get new card from reception. Coding machine still didn't work so he came back empty handed. They were supposed to call that night to let us know when new card is ready but they never did. How come they change locks while a customer is staying and don't mention about it or even prepare new key cards. Total lack of respect for the customer there. All in all, there was too much jumping around to reception for things that should just work. Not very funny after a long day in the city with small kids. On the check out I told all of that to the clerk at the reception and asked for discount but she only said "I don't understand". In 4 star hotel, really?

We had the most pleasant stay here at Hotel Agape. As people we were here to visit the main attractions being 2 minute walk from the metro was amazing. We could come home in between to shower and go about our day easily. Breakfast was outstanding and was extremely pleased with getting unlimited fresh cappuccinos in the morning from friendly staff. The bedrooms were big! Shower was amazing and they provide you with shower gel and shampoo. The only downside of this stay was that the walls are thin and we can hear whoever is in the room next to us easily.. luckily no one was loud at an ungodly hour, We were throughly impressed by the accommodation here and them holding our bags safely free of charge for us as we enjoyed our last morning in Milan and seeing the Last Supper. Thank you kind stuff at Hotel Agape from people who live all the way in California. In the future we will be sure to come back. :)

Had a one night stay here. It was easy to get to and very close to the metro station. It was really clean and the beds were comfortable too.

The hotel has paid parking next door which was very convenient for us, staff were not very friendly but they were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great breakfast choice. Not much in the area. Good for Metro.
