A somewhat dated hotel that could do with some updating. Parts of the hotel are pretty tired / shabby looking.

The hotel and staff were great. Very helpful with good advice for getting around. After a 35 minute walk to the hotel from Cetrale Station after getting bus from Malpensa airport the Barnan advised us about the metro so we purchased 48 metro tickets. Hotel only 5 minute walk from Machinici station which was a godsend for getting around. Duomo is on the same line and main shopping area near the Cathedral. San Siro one stop for change to Zara M2 (purple line) from Machianici before being last station on line. Couldn’t fault the hotel bar some hair next to the toilet in the room that hadn’t been cleaned properly but other than that would happily stay again. Cheap bar on site compared to everywhere else. Be aware 10 Euro taxes a day. Would recommend Milan as a weekend break and hotel highly. The Cathedral is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay here, hotel is close to the Bahnhof and 10-15 minutes away from the old center with the public transport (which for you receive free travel pass throughout your stay from the hotel) and the bed is absolutely comfortable!

Good stay overall with minimal issues, bathroom toilet took 15-30min to refill water to be able to flush again. Bus was required to get to the main areas and surrounding areas of Milan, just not great to walk

the cable tv is available in italian only, while the one in lobby has English channel. The reception promise to have someone to adjust it, but he cannot do it and screw up lost all the channel. I have to reset it to factory default to get it work.

I would say it is good hotel with good value of money. Hotel located nearby to some local restaurants and mini market, nearest metro station is 10 minutes walk, however tram services are available in the hotel area.
