We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms that do not overlook the pool are modern and bright. Very clean. Great shower, comfy bed. Wifi a bit patchy.
Breakfast and restaurant were fine.
It is a good location for visiting Palermo on the bus. Great to have a pool, and also car parking.

Location is great if you want to be close to Mondello Beach. Staff are lovely, warm and helpful. Pool is clean and well sized. But everything else about this property is quite dingy and limited. The food, especially the breakfast, was poor. The beds were dreadful. And the rooms and hallways are gloomy. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and some investment in services.

Convenient as near airport but was not satisfied with staff check in service. I had called 2 days prior to confirm it would be ok to pick me up at airport with the shuttle service offered was told it was out of normal hours but to call and would be fine, we called when we landed and was told no this isn’t possible. Forcing us to take a cab and spending double the expected price. Staff wasn’t very friendly we speak well Italian have no issues anywhere else weve been and she kept reverting to English only I found it quite rude

Nice and quite pool area, really enjoyed it when coming back from our days out
10 mn walk from the see. 8 minutes walks to bus stop 806 that takes you in center palermo for 1€50 im 20 minutes

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, convenient swimming pool and rooms with air conditioning.
Staff always friendly, relaxing breakfast and a good restaurant too. The beach is at a pleasant walking distance and there are also many excellent local restaurants at a walking distance too.
Definitely recommended.

This is an old style hotel but just lovely. The staff will do whatever they can to help you. The towels are the softest ive ever felt . With Mondello beach a ten minute walk its nicely situated for all your needs. There is a bus nearby for palermo aswell. The only fault I could provide and its personal. I am a coeliac and I did mail the hotel to say this. There was a gluten free cake at breakfast but otherwise I brought my own gluten free croissants. There was plenty fruit and tea and rolls or bread and cakes for everyone else.
