In my estimation more of a business hotel than leisure. It was a little far afield from the sightseeing. However for its class we would have likely paid more in the area closer to the Duomo for the same hotel. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Also very quiet rooms. Property is very well maintained. I would have preferred to be a little closer to the tourist zones but this is an excellent choice given its class and pricing for my trip. Recommended

The hotel and staff were very nice. They charged €50 per day to park the car, that we had to pay the parking lot staff. They overcharged for one night and promised to make it right the next day, however they refused and forced me to pay more to get my car. The hotel staff unfortunately did not intervene. Very disappointing. Felt cheated

I needed a taxi to the airport and had called the front desk the night before. They told me it would be 115 Euro. I decided to wait til morning to see if an uber would be cheaper. A taxi on the Uber app was the same as the night before which was 115 Euro. Assuming this was a set rate and because it was 4am, I asked the front desk person to get me a taxi. Within 5 minutes a taxi was there. Only problem was, they charged me close to 140 Euro. I guess it’s my fault for assuming but I felt it was a little shady either on the part of the front desk or the taxi driver himself.

This would have been an excellent stay if it weren't for a few glitches with the toilets (that were taking care of eventually). The room was modern with nice accents and I recommend spending a bit more to get the superior with the little balcony on the park. The street itself is very quiet so no problem noise-wise. The vibe of the hotel is a bit business-like so if you like hotels with a warm, old-style feeling this is not it. Bathroom has a great, big shower with soft towels and robes. The best feature of the hotel is its location. You can virtually visit all of the main tourists areas in Milan without taking any transportation (and if you get tired you have the Turati subway station really closeby and San Babila at 15 minutes walk, which means you can get there from Linate by subway). If you are a runner you have the added bonus of being right on the Palestro park.
