Very clean and tidy. However, there was a very strong air freshener smell, like cologne, which was coming from the vent, I think. I have allergies and it was quite powerful. I just left the window open.

The staff went above and beyond to help with an issue. They called taxis for us. Help you with the language barrier.
On the last day of our trip we had a huge problem. Passport went missing and told us not to worry they will hold a room. What a relief because we had no where to stay. They help relieve the stress of no knowing where we were going to stay.

I love this hotel. It is central, close to the Vatican and the city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many options, especially when comparing to American hotel breakfast.
