We had a wonderful stay in Milan at Maison Milano. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated their restaurant recommendations and help with reservations.

We had the superior double room. It was quite spacious for Europe. It is listed as a double bed, but it's actually a king bed. The bathroom was enormous, and had a stand up shower as well as a soaker tub. It also offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as hand lotion. Location was great, just steps to the Duomo and the Metro entrance. Walkable to the Brera district for better meal options. Easy walk to the Castello and Sempione Park. Carpets were stained, but we just wore the provided slippers. Good storage for luggage and belongings. Room had a mini bar that you could use for your own items as well as buy what they offer. Staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations, as well as printing off tickets for the football game we attended. Would definitely stay here again!

The location could not have been better !! An early check in would have been appreciated. And we received no communication when the room was ready. Appreciated their restaurant recommendations they were amazing. Eat at mercurio right across the street! Hard to find but a fine stay. Felt very safe in the area.

Very run down, shower not working well. Shower light spoiled n not rectified even after we informed the staff. However they are friendly. The location is central. Overall the price is not worth paying for despite the central location

When I was reading the reviews I noticed that there was a 9.2 rating for this hotel, however, it was not a clean hotel. My carpet was beyond stained and dirty in my room. The walls were all scuffed up and dirty Hotel is definitely worn out Although the location is absolutely fantastic and center to everything, the actual facilities is definitely dated. The staff was super friendly. There is no breakfast. A few small offerings throughout the day for pretty nice. Other than that, I would say that this was a three star hotel, not for.

This Boutique hotel is located directly across from the Duomo cathedral and all of the luxury shopping boutiques. The surrounding streets have hundreds of other well known shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is intimate and quiet. The room was large by European standards with a king size bed, soft, clean linens and a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. The concierge’s at this hotel are phenomenal. I stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about the property.

First the good, the location is perfect, secondly, the staff were excellent - all friendly and helpful, suggesting good restaurants, making reservations etc. Was also a nice surprise to be upgraded to a Junior Suite. Next, the average...Yes the suite was huge, but everything felt a little tired. Carpet needed a good clean, shower could be sealed better to not flood the bathroom and all the electric sockets need replacing. There were USB sockets in various spots but all broken, when unplugging the hairdryer the wall socket almost came of the wall with it. All the walls near the doors showed signs of damage from where the door handle has constantly hit the wall. These aren't all issues that would stop me staying or to not recommend the hotel, but in my opinion all these little issues don't quite make it the 4-star hotel that it claims to be or should be based on the excellent staff. A few little tweaks and a bit of TLC and this would have received full marks from me all round.

I have stayed at other UNA Hotels and found this one to be one of my favorites simply because the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I was offered a glass of Prosecco while we were given a rundown of the city, best places to eat, shop, and just walk. We took them up on their offer to make reservations for us, and were not disappointed, great food and again, very friendly staff. The service from the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Great location! You could walk to most interesting places. The only problems are - very dirty carpet in the room (they should just remove it completely) and no breakfast (the one offered can’t be called a breakfast).
