I chose this hotel because they offered laundry service as well as a laundry facility and they had an on-site restaurant. This hotel has none of these features. If you are on a budget, the rooms were large and clean however, I did not always feel the safest and was frustrated at how far this property was from everything I needed. It was really hard to get an Uber to come out to that property.

definitely NOT a 4 star. the hotel is in the suburbs of milan, it’s a 10 min walk to the tram then they are very regular to get to the city (15 min trip). rooms are very tired and dated. the toilet constantly ran. there is no restaurant as advertised. go to the lebanese round the corner, it was amazing. no free all inclusive water or soft drinks as other reviews mentioned. the shower was rusty. night staff was really rude and ignored us at check in. breakfast was really expensive (15€ each!!!). there is no supermarket nearby. beds are really uncomfortable, we booked a twin room and the other bed was a weird leather arm chair that pulled out to a single bed that sloped at one side. we did use the “spa” that was a steam room and a hot tub, it was ok but just make sure you pre book!

The hotel is far from metro station (2km away) with many twists, very hard to find. It's in the middle of living apartments. Room size is super small. Shower size is amazingly small that I have never ever seen anywhere.

I had a room for two nights and enjoyed my stay very much: + Great breakfast + Calm neighborhood + Good location, everything is within good reach (sights and metro) + Staff is very friendly and supportive + Wifi worked perfect + Free soft drinks on all floors I would definitely book this hotel again.

Free drink/soft drink on every floor, fitness is 24/7 so is the jacuzzi. The pillow is space pillow, which is better than many 5 stars hotel. Staff english isnt that great but passable.
