This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!!

Beautiful property. Amazing staff and Management. The Pasta (Spaghetti with Anchovy Cherry Tomatoes and Basile), Lamb Chops and Negroamaro Wine at the onsite Restaurant was exceptional. Looking forward to a return trip

Amazing stay

A beautiful location, peaceful and idylic. Can see why it is such a popular venue for weddings. The staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very positive review and would highly recommend. Some tiles on the bottom of the pool require refixing and actual glasses in the room rather than plastic, but itherwise perfect, thankyou we will visit again

We travel extensively and our stay here was one of the most pleasant so far. Set in a beautiful old monastery, the gardens and the pool area are beautiful, and the hotel itself has a sophisticated yet laid back feel. The service by the staff was outstanding.

Beautiful, clean, well kept hotel and grounds with exceptional staff lovely breakfasts! Amazing outdoor pool too (plus an indoor pool & spa). We stayed here as a base for our time in Salento, it was wonderful -- highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds and pool area, very quiet and peaceful.

We wanted to find somewhere where we could spend a lazy day by the pool if we chose to and this place ticked all the boxes. We were in Puglia with our 6 month old for a friend's wedding which was taking place close by. The hotel is beautiful with every amenity you could think of but the staff were the standout. Valentina at the front desk trumped them all - no request too crazy or too big. She made our trip all the better. Restaurant advice, organising taxis (which collected us from the wedding at 4.30am :/ ), late breakfasts as our little one was a late sleeper, booking make-up, hair etc etc, the list goes on. She even organised a babysitter to come to our wedding venue with us to look after our son while we enjoyed the day. The facilities are beautiful - outdoor pool with diving board (towels, sun beds, lunch, drinks..), indoor pool in the spa with all expected amenities, varied breakfast, excellent dinner al fresco.. it had it all. Although September is quiet season, we were made feel so welcome by each and every staff member. If you want a chilled out, luxurious stay with prosecco on the balcony, breakfast in bed or a day at the spa or the pool - this is your place.

This Hotel is centrally placed for so much sightseeing - on saying that - you will not want to leave the Hotel and its beautiful grounds . The staff , service and rooms were all 'A star'. Plenty of breakfast choice and we ate dinner 3 out of our 4 night stay in the hotel. Dinner was served outside in the courtyard, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the Chef accommodated us with some 'off menu' dishes. The gardens are lovely and so relaxing and the guest pool area top class - in size and cleanliness.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Puglia, easy to reach both Lecce and Gallipoli or Otranto within 1/2 h drive, the restaurant in the hotel is pricewise better than others around. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, the gym a bit under-equiped but ok, the pool area is great, but be aware its just one pool, not 2 as stated in hotels, cause the other pool us just for show at weddings etc. The hotel is a bit remote so you need a car to get around

Wonderful stay. We had two conecting rooms which was great (family of four). Free parking. Clean and big rooms with hot tab, only missing conditioner. Kids (9y and 6y) loved this resort. Fun big pool and lovely garden with sun beds. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, variety of options Italian style, extra plus för the burrata and ricotta for breakfast. The staff were attentive both in the restaurant and front desk.
