This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!!

Beautiful property. Amazing staff and Management. The Pasta (Spaghetti with Anchovy Cherry Tomatoes and Basile), Lamb Chops and Negroamaro Wine at the onsite Restaurant was exceptional. Looking forward to a return trip

Wonderful stay. We had two conecting rooms which was great (family of four). Free parking. Clean and big rooms with hot tab, only missing conditioner. Kids (9y and 6y) loved this resort. Fun big pool and lovely garden with sun beds. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, variety of options Italian style, extra plus för the burrata and ricotta for breakfast. The staff were attentive both in the restaurant and front desk.

A beautiful location, peaceful and idylic. Can see why it is such a popular venue for weddings. The staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very positive review and would highly recommend. Some tiles on the bottom of the pool require refixing and actual glasses in the room rather than plastic, but itherwise perfect, thankyou we will visit again

We had a wonderful stay at Sangiorgio. We were two adults and one child (14 years old) and had booked a Juniorsuite as the text said (sleeping area for 3) but in the fine writing it said that the third person has to have a baby bed which was not initially easy to see. The first night we had a trippleroom with no view. I was very disappointed but the next day the hotel manager sorted out that problem in a wonderful way and offered us a beautiful suite at no extra cost for the remaining stay. We were so happy that they really put the customer first. The rooms are very clean and spacious both the suite and the trippleroom. The staff is very helpful That goes for both reception-, breakfast room- and the poolbar staff. The pool area is very spacious and feels very private and you can order drinks and light lunch there. The spa area is very nice and has haman, sauna, cool pool, hot pool a relax area and you have it to yourself for 2 hours per day if you have booked spa access. There is a private parking and there are many nice villages nearby where you can go for dinner. The reception gave us good tips where to go.We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was OK but the selection could be a little bit better. The wine recommendation was excellent. If you look for a peaceful place where you can relax this is the place for you. There is also a gym in the hotel so we could workout everyday. It also has a large garden and separate wedding area which is very beautiful.

We travel extensively and our stay here was one of the most pleasant so far. Set in a beautiful old monastery, the gardens and the pool area are beautiful, and the hotel itself has a sophisticated yet laid back feel. The service by the staff was outstanding.

Beautiful, clean, well kept hotel and grounds with exceptional staff lovely breakfasts! Amazing outdoor pool too (plus an indoor pool & spa). We stayed here as a base for our time in Salento, it was wonderful -- highly recommend.

Cosa ne pensi del SanGiorgio Resort e SPA ? Questa mi è stato chiesto sul sito dove ho fatto la prenotazione…. ebbene…. per la seconda volta, anche questa estate siamo voluti tornare per passare qualche giorno al SanGiorgio per rivivere la meravigliosa vacanza che avevamo fatto lo scorso anno….con la paura che forse lo scorso anno potevamo avere sognato…..ma nn appena arrivati, tt si è ripetuto, è stato come entrare nuovamente in un’altra dimensione, in una favola ed abbiamo passato dei giorni meravigliosi, il resort è sempre splendido ed ogni cosa è al posto giusto, arredato meravigliosamente e sempre con la galleria perenne dell’artista Giovanni Russo….con lo staff sempre eccezionale…. non conosco tutte le persone per nome e non me ne vogliano se non riesco a fare i nomi di tutti, ma ripeto, tutti ti fanno sentire a tuo agio, pronti a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta, sempre con la gentilezza ed il sorriso sulle labbra….Valentina…Silvia…Daisy….e Silvia e Claudia alla SPA che con le loro mani ti sanno riportare al mondo…. Complimenti a tutti, camerieri e chef, mi pare si chiami Tiziana ed i suoi piatti hanno solo il difetto che purtroppo rimangono vuoti dopo averli mangiati…. confesso nn ho mai potuto resistere a nn fare la cosiddetta “scarpetta” anche se ero in un *****. un Bravi a tutti….di cuore. Ritornerò, ritorneremo….continuate cosi….. Giampaolo

Tolles Hotel, wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier. Speziellen Dank an Silvia von der Reception, sie ist super ;-) Von hier aus lässt sich alles gut erkunden mit dem Auto. Das Essen im Hotel ist auch prima, schöne Poolanlage und schöne grosse Zimmer.

Very charming place with excellent, friendly staff and very good local style wine and food.

Cet hotel est splendide , le cadre est très agréable en pleine nature, il reste bien situé pour visiter la région. L'hôtel et les chambres sont luxueuses, les rapports avec le personnel reste simple et chaleureux, il y a peu de chambres dans l'hôtel , ce qui donne un coté familial. Les chambres sont confortables et joliment décorées, la salle de bain est spacieuse . Nous avons beaucoup appréciés la piscine qui très grandes et dans un cadre magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et variés (en particulier de nombreux fruits) , pain frais ... Rien que de résider dans l' hôtel est une expérience inoubliable. Avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Enfin un grand merci à Valentina à l'accueil pour sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils.

Great service, amazing facilities.

Non è semplice lasciare una recensione per il Sangiorgio resort, perché bisogna trovare le giuste parole per dare un senso a quello che abbiamo provato, io e la mia compagna, ad essere ospitati al Sangiorgio…. ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se facessimo parte della loro grande famiglia…. l’hotel è meraviglioso e molto particolare, come se fosse un piccolo castello, tutto è in ordine, anche il minimo oggetto esposto ha avuto uno studio di dove e come metterlo. Nulla è lasciato al caso e la pulizia regna in ogni angolo, le camere poi, sono molto accoglienti….con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza da 10 e lode, avevo un grande terrazzo con la jacuzzi a disposizione in esclusiva…. l’hotel dispone anche di una SPA completa….dove ogni giorno concludevamo la giornata…. le ragazze della SPA poi hanno delle mani d’oro, ci hanno tolto tutta la fatica dell’anno lavorativo…..Claudia…..Silvia…. solo per fare qualche nome….sono state eccezionali…. Grazie per tutta la Vs gentilezza e professionalità….ma anche tt lo staff dell’hotel….ogni persona è stata di una gentilezza unica ed ha sempre cercato farci stare al meglio…faccio solo due nomi su tutti, perché non conosco gli altri…Valentina….grazie per tutta la tua gentilezza e l’aiuto che ci hai dato….così come i tuoi colleghi,e Massimo, dedito alle sale..sempre allegro e di buonumore..non vorrei dilungarmi oltre, ma abbiamo passato io e la mia compagna 10 gg fantastici, e non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci, ancora un grazie a tutti, a presto

It is a lovely place, with lovely people. The only thing, I can criticize is the cooking. A big hug to the hotel.
