Stay Hotel

I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. I am with a minor it was absolutely horrendous. We had to go to Milan Centrale and obviously find another hotel. I sincerelly think it is misleading propaganda and she should have warned me : THERE IS NO TRAIN WORKING TODAY. IT was no show because of the impossibility to get there. The add should be clear our hotel is for people with a car or people willing to pay 90 euros for a taxi! I will ask for a reimburse because I find this unfair and unacceptable.

this one is my favorite Hotel . Service, Breakfast , internet access is top notch. The staff is very helpful and attentive .

Hotel and breakfast staff were all excellent. Reception staff were a little aloof and either uninformed or lacking in information as didnt seem to know or want to tell us the air conditioning had not been switched on for the hotel when we asked for as the rooms were too hot. Intially led to believe it was a fault with our room then later someone else admitted they have not yet switched it on for the whole hotel despite rooms being over 25 c. Poor.

Great stay overall, great staff and nice hotel with some different colored lighting features that make it unique and nice to look at!

Except from being distant to city center everything was perfect. Better to have car or plan ahead transportation

Everything was great except the ceilings in the rooms looked messy and cracks on top it should have been painted.

We love this hotel. The staff are all very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Brand new very clean and spacious hotel. Strange decor with lots of neon and gym equipment which is not my thing, but the room and bathroom was brilliant. Huge comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom and efficient air conditioning was much appreciated. Good fresh breakfast too

Very nice hotel that was close to my business appointments that had a really relaxed feel with a spacious room. Receptionist was very helpful and gave me a list of nearby restaurants with her personal recommendations.

Amazing hotel near Milan! This is one of a kind hotels that I wish to have stayed in longer! Breakfast was amazing and the service quality was top notch! Definitely recommended!

Nice place

Great place to stay. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. They're also spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful. There's even a honesty bar where you can get sandwiches, snacks, drinks etc.

A modern, very clean, though fairly basic hotel. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and good wifi connection. Friendly helpful staff - extra pillows were no problem and delivered to our room in minutes. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money - really can't fault it.

Very slow internet and it appears not a secure network to use. Air conditioning was not working. Car parking was good.

Great staff, substantial and delicious breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi. Single beds are a bit narrow. Location requires a car. Plenty of free parking. Recommended. Great value for money.

It was a joyful stay for my husband and me in this hotel. The hotel is near the high way of line A8 which is convenient to the MAP airport and the lakes. An outlet mall is just one block far from the hotel for easy shopping.

Right next to highway good location for me a bit isolated with no car though, couple of restaurants near, basic and a bit dated but very clean, everything worked had all I needed, breakfast was basic but again all very fresh had yoghurt, cereal, toast tea coffee, croissant, would stay here again, staff very friendly
