Stay Hotel

Bellissima struttura, accogliente e molto riservata. Le camere sono situate in una costruzione nuova, vicino all’aeroporto. Nel mio caso ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro, ma la trovo perfetta anche per un weekend o per altre trasferte. Molto comodo il garage di proprietà, ideale per lasciare l’auto in totale sicurezza. Tutto perfetto: erano presenti persino le ciabatte. Che dire… sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura.

I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. I am with a minor it was absolutely horrendous. We had to go to Milan Centrale and obviously find another hotel. I sincerelly think it is misleading propaganda and she should have warned me : THERE IS NO TRAIN WORKING TODAY. IT was no show because of the impossibility to get there. The add should be clear our hotel is for people with a car or people willing to pay 90 euros for a taxi! I will ask for a reimburse because I find this unfair and unacceptable.

Okey für kurz Aufenthalt.

Unser Aufenthalt im Stay Hotel in Brunello war rundum perfekt. Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Liebe präsentiert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Personal – ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sind sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns mit unserer kleinen Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Stay Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

this one is my favorite Hotel . Service, Breakfast , internet access is top notch. The staff is very helpful and attentive .

Hôtel moderne avec un copieux petit déjeuner Le parking souterrain est un avantage

Ein sehr schönes und cooles Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Der Service ist erstklassig – freundlich und aufmerksam. Für eine Durchreise absolut empfehlenswert!

Super stylisches Hotel, perfekt für eine Nacht

Hotel and breakfast staff were all excellent. Reception staff were a little aloof and either uninformed or lacking in information as didnt seem to know or want to tell us the air conditioning had not been switched on for the hotel when we asked for as the rooms were too hot. Intially led to believe it was a fault with our room then later someone else admitted they have not yet switched it on for the whole hotel despite rooms being over 25 c. Poor.

Hotel moderno molto bello, pulito, accogliente, l"addetta alla reception gentilissima, c'era anche garage per la auto.

Un lit très dur est une chambre… très peu lumineuse mais sinon le reste était vraiment très bien, attention c’est très mal insonorisé.

Ett hotell med mycket dålig belysning. Bra frukost.

Personale gentile, camera giusta dimensione, bagno con tutti gli accessori e pulito , prezzo più che ragionevole .

Ottima struttura anche se dintorni poco sfruttabili

L'hotel a un look spécial qui est très sympathique, ça fait moderne et américain. Ca ne paraissait pas très bien isolé on entendait les bruits dans le couloir mais finalement la nuit a été très calme.
