Location is in center of Ginza. The room are good, they provides complete amenities like shaver (good quality). Even in small room and in Ginza, they still provide a bathtub. Further, they also provide a sleeping robe. So you don't need to bring your own pajamas.

Great location for convenience, but half a block away is a strip club and at the intersection out in public 5-6 guys in the corners and 4 girls being pumped on the one corner where Hioters Ginza is located. Aside from that all good.

Great location. Polite staff. We stayed at the Grand Ginza, Tokyo on two separate occasions during our trip to Japan - rooms on the 3rd floor are better than the ones on the 10th where we stayed the second time. We had three rooms for our family and these rooms are damp, carpet is old and stained, there were dark stains behind the sink - could be mold. These rooms need thorough upgrades in order to make their guests comfortable. And, install vents in the bathroom.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Other than staff no other positive feedback. Elevator filled with smoke smell. Not a hotel for family with children. Room have a funky smell and the restroom is not very clean. Restroom walls feel like built with cheap plastic material, bad color choice, and dim lighting. Low toilet and low sink more suited for short people. Understand every hotel have its house rules, however charging 1000 yen for a lost key card definitely drive a bad experience. People don’t lose their key card on purpose. Accidents happen which the hotel should consider. Would not recommend to stay here.

The hotel was in a great location, which was our main reason for booking it. It’s also conveniently located right above a Family Mart, which was very handy. Our stay was fine overall, but the view from our room was of a courtyard with mechanical equipment and massive structural element that was interesting but not really pleasant. The room could also use a fresh coat of paint, as it looked a bit worn.

If you’re traveling to Japan, I would highly recommend the Grand Ginza hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was so central and convenient-only half hour from Haneda airport, walking distance to all the subway stations, Tsukiji fish market, and to the main Ginza strip for all the shopping. Granted, the room was kind of small, but you’re only in the room to sleep a few hours each day. The only thing I recommend is to maybe change the shower curtain every so often, but that’s it.

The hotel was ok. The staff was super helpful but the ac in our room was awful. So hot and barely cool. The windows do open which help but wish the room could be cooler. The hotel is near train stations and lots of food options and shopping.

This hotel was centrally located to get to Tokyo Station, Tokyo Skytree, Electric City, and other districts. 24 hour convenience store on the 1st floor with good meal options. 3-6 minutes walk to get to the Ginza Subway line and others. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although only some speak English. ☆☆☆☆ 1/2 out of 5

The room and bathroom are a little small for a family of 5. The location is great since it’s walking distance to all of the great shopping in Ginza. Great location to the train station. Awesome staff and service.
