Hotel Castle inn Ise

Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat.

Great to get back to after a long day at Suzuka.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food.

The staff are very nice. It has laundry and dryer. Breakfast is good traditional japanese food. It also has public onsen bath.

とてもアクティブな遊び場が多く楽しかった。 特に、朝リラとうりぼー探しは、体験しておいた方が良い。 少し曇り空だったのは、残念だが晴れた日にまた行きたい^_^

The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

ベッドのあいだに隙間がほしかった。 コンセントが間に欲しかった。

子供(小学生)を含む3名で宿泊。が、タオル等2名分しか用意されておらず。ソファーベッドがある部屋でしたが、事前に連絡していないと、ベッドして使用できません。 大浴場は洗い場が少なく、かなりの時間待ちました。 男性風呂では、他人の物を漁る泥棒紛いが出没。 朝食はブッフェ形式ではなく、1人前毎の提供。子供が喜ぶようなおかずはありませんので、子連れの方には不向き。

全体的に老朽化しておりましたがベッドの硬さも丁度よく、快適に過ごせました！ 大浴場に露天風呂が1つしかなく残念 夜しか入る時間がなかったので、男性側だけでした。 せっかくある空気清浄機付き加湿器の加湿器部分のカビ汚れが残念でした。

部屋に湯沸かしポットがあるのに、ティーバッグが無い(緑茶の粉がフロント横にあった)のが不満点です

スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしいです 施設は全体的に古いです 清潔感はあります

大浴場がgood

空気清浄機の水切れで入れたら、蓋の縁がカビが生えていた。 ハンガーがせめて2本欲しかった。 バスルームの壁に髪の毛が一本張り付いていた。空調はとても快適だった。アメニティとウェルカムドリンクはよかった。朝ごはんが4人掛けのテーブルで他のお客さんと相席にはならなかったが、同じテーブルの隣に二人分セットされていたので、続々と来るお客さんと相席にされないか食べている間、心配だった。

部屋は改装されて綺麗でした。スタッフの方も丁寧に対応していただきました。 駅から少し距離があるので、送迎バスを増便していただけたら、もっと良いと思います
