Super easy to get to from Kyoto station (one stop on the Subway to Gojo station)and pretty central to downtown. A ten minute walk to Ippudo Ramen (YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE) and to Nishiki market and twenty ish minutes to Ginza district. Hotel is modern, with small but well equipped rooms. Hotel is well kept and offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms come with a kettle and fridge. Easy access to Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores as well. Overall a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value.

京都市営地下鉄、四条駅と五条の中間で、どちらの駅からも少し歩くが、五条駅の方が若干近い。チェックイン16時～だったが、早く着く旨電話すると快く対応してくれた。最近多い端末での無人チェックインだが、フロントの方が付き添ってくれて丁寧に説明してくれた。京都府に宿泊すると『宿泊税』￥200が別途かかる旨が予約時に記載なかったので、追加で支払う事になった。その点が残念。枕元にコンセント有り⭕ 部屋は少し狭いが⭕ コンビニ近い⭕ 食事処多い⭕ 掛け布団に染み❌ 消臭剤無し❌ 入口ドア下部の隙間が広く、廊下の音がうるさい❌
