去年も利用させて頂き、今年で2度目です。スタッフの方がどの方も丁寧にご対応くださるので、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また、夕食のBBQが豪華で併設されているテニスコートも綺麗に整備されていました。来年も是非利用させて頂きたいです。

宿泊当日にその場で急遽予約したのに快く受け付けてくれましたそれからの案内まで親切にしてもらいありがたかったです施設もアクティビティが豊富なようですが今回利用できなかったので次回は家族を連れて施設を利用する事も目的に訪問したいと思います

room isn’t clean… the room smelled was moldy. There was spider web. It was one night, so I put up with it and stayed there. but another equipment is normal condition. if smell and spider issues resolved, i wanna stay again.

Old hotel. Lovely location. Really in need of an overhaul as I believe the last one was probably back when Mt. fuji was springing from the ground and dinosaurs roamed the planet. Huge rooms. Mediocre onsen (hot spring bath). Although it is mentioned in the hotels.com listing that they have two restaurants and a bat, we were told upon check they have one restaraunt that required advanced reservations and no bar. Very far from town which left us with the option to drive 8km each way to pick up groceries and enjoy in our room. Last minute decision to stay here as friend was in town. Honestly there are much better places to stay in Izu.

食事の際、アレルギーの確認をされましたが、別料理の提供ですぐに対応してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。スタッフの対応に大満足でしたが、施設の設備については老朽化が激しく、大浴場については戸惑う場面もありました。

バブル時代のリゾート。素泊まりで安く利用できて良かったが、ホテルのレストランは予約制でそこそこ値段なので車で修善寺駅近くで食べました。大浴場はとっても綺麗で良かったけど離れの温泉　森の湯　は古めな感じ ※外観が素敵と思いきやこのサイトの写真はマリオットの方の写真。マリオットは別格。今どきハイクラス系で施設も値段良かった

かなり古いリゾートです。合宿や研修の為の宿泊施設という印象でした。部屋は広いですが、タバコ臭く、喉が痛かったです。古い設備には慣れはしましたが、安い部屋はそれ相応でした。消臭対策してくれているはずですが、喫煙所の空気を循環してるのかと思うくらい臭いです。

施設はかなり山上にあり遠いですが、自然の中にあり素晴らしい環境です。建物は古いですが、手入れも行き届いていて居心地の良い空間です。水まわりの設備は最新式に整備されていて非常に使い勝手が良かったです。また、リピートしたいです。
