The hotel is very clean and unbelievable. I have separate men and women have hair dryer full bath equipment. Breakfast is included in the Welcome Drink. And the food is 100.

Check into Room 401.Immediately left our bags in the room to have dinner. After dinner , we return to find the central air did not work and the room was hot and unbearable even with the windows open. It took 2hr until 1:30am to get us a new room after claiming none was available.

If you see robotic and identical replies to reviews and low level social media posts, it is done by the new untrained Nepali guy. It had become clear to me, he learned to copy several Japanese words and he makes some feminine sounds when guests arrive to check in or to enjoy their breakfast. During several incidents, his communication and business understanding is not up par by Japanese standards. His behavior neutralized all the other stars for a review.

It is the perfect location. Glad to see the staff I interacted were very kind and professional. Due to jetlag, I could not see what kind of breakfast items they may have but they have great drink choices that can enjoyed at all times. The rooms can be a little too cold since it is centrally managed. But, otherwise everything is great.

The place is with good location, the bed is super comfy and everywhere is clean， drinks are available before 2 am. But you can hear noise from corridor and street easily and there are only two choices of bread with jam or butter every morning.

Stayed in a private room with a bunk bed with my daughter. The room was 8 foot by 9. Despite the constraints the place was great! The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good. The common area was large and handy. Like a hostel experience but you got some privacy.

The hotel is located right on Kokusai Street, a nice, happening area for all sorts of dinning and shopping. A plus point is that the hotel is also very close to the Yui-rail station.
While I might have to share a bathroom with the other hostel guests, the bathroom is kept spotless all the time. The common area is also spacious and clean. Wifi is strong and stable. Cannot find anything to complain.
The hotel provides a free breakfast and it is quite decent, gets you going every morning.
Welcoming staffs in the front desk. Always willing to help.
