What Guests Say About Their Stay

Very good location near the Akebonobashi station, walking distance. The hotel is in an alley, 5 minutes away from the station as a residence. Therefore, the night is not lonely. There are restaurants, cafes, seven and pharmacies that are quite large (and tax free for tourists). The area is very convenient. New hotels and rooms are considered wide. Because we booked a 4 bed room There is still space to place all 4 large luggage. Conclusion Like clean, new, peaceful. Good location. If going to Tokyo, probably would stay again.

Extremely small rooms. If you wanted an extra towel or pillow you had to pay $1 for every item extra due to “the increased cost of linens”????? Restaurant downstairs for breakfast buffet was not a good range of food. For the cost, there are no amenities offered. Quite expensive for a family of 4. Location is good. That is the only positive I will rate this hotel

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean and offered all the basic amenities. The bed is a little hard and there were only 2 pillows, which makes sitting up on the bed a little hard without enough back support. The TV only has Japanese channels, which makes it not much of use for foreigners. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel along with convenient stores.

This was like a cumbersome little hostel and not a hotel where even water was not provided in the rooms. Everyone had to come down to fill water in paper cups or own bottles after paying such hefty room tariffs. Even if you come down there were no tea bags. The breakfast is even terrible with no live counter, no honey, no tea etc and breakfast is closed by 9 am. Overall a very pathetic experience. Strict no go for families

I liked everything, except for the fact that I have to use keycard in the elevator but everything else was 10/10
