I had a great time staying at Rembrandt Style Tokyo Grande, from the first day we arrived and checked in, they were really helpful, and they let us check in directly even though it was not time yet, they could see that we were tired from our flight and wanted to rest. I thank you so much for this attitude and from three days staying at the end we extended our stay for 8 days 😍. Will be back to Tokyo soon for springtime and definitely will stay at Rembrandt again. Also, this hotel is near to Hub station which you can reach everywhere from this Hub. 👍❤️

It was very nice stay. Hotel staffs were very friendly. Room was clean and enough space to move around. When you open luggages on the floor, it was little tight but we managed. Few convenience stores are close by and few minutes walk to the station. We would stay there again.

My room was not as expected—it was smaller than what was shown on Expedia, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, just as some other guests had mentioned in their reviews. We placed an air purifier in the bathroom while we were in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t eliminate the smell. I requested a room change a couple of times at the front desk, but it didn’t work out. My stay was over 20 days, and the single-size bed in a room labeled as a double was quite tight and uncomfortable for a longer stay. Housekeeping came daily before 2 PM, but the quality varied depending on who cleaned that day. It didn’t seem like the bathroom received a deep clean regularly—some days were okay, but others left me questioning the cleanliness. Despite these issues, the overall stay was decent. Next time, I’ll book a king or queen-size twin room for more space and make sure to check the room photos and descriptions on Expedia more carefully. The front desk staff carried out their duties as expected, though not always with much flexibility or warmth.Thank you.

We booked on short notice, not much left over Easter but the room was big with 2 double size beds a private bathroom with separate bath & shower. Extremely clean & the staff lovely. The hotel is close to the train & convenience store’s & restaurants. Not that far from Disneyland & the giant ferris wheel is a must to view the area. Recommend if you want a quiet stay not far from the busy city of Tokyo.

Stayed there for 11 nights consecutively but about 3 days , my room wasn't make up for no reasons. Also, it was so dusty inside the room, the air purifier didn't really help at all. If any of their staff were interested, he or she could go into any of their rooms and they'd surely be surprised how THICK the dust was over the 4 sides of the air conditioner. I was needed to clean it myself in order to stop all the dust flowing around in my staying room and minimize the coughing caused by that between me & my spouse

We stayed nine nights in this hotel. The first room that was given to us smelled of cigarettes. We notified the staff and they promptly offered a deep clean of the room while we were out. The room still smelled of cigarettes when we returned and the staff immediately changed our room. Our new room didn't smell bad at all. The hotel is completely non-smoking but a guest must have not respected the rules. The staff was very nice to us. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was included in our stay. It lacked a little bit of variety but everything was good. Please note that the breakfast is mostly a japanese-style breakfast with some more "western" options (ie. bread, cereals, eggs and bacon). The area is a little bit out of central Tokyo but we didn't mind the commute because the room was a lot cheaper than what you can find closer to more popular areas. Overall, if you look for a budget option that isn't a small capsule hotel, the total was great and I would completely recommend it.

The room was so dusty & made me cough non stop all the times whilst in the room. Especially the surface of the air conditioner. Dust everywhere on the surface. It doesn't even have 1 English channel for it's in house TV. 2025 already, but it still doesn't support YouTube.

The room were perfect for my brother and I ! The rooms are smal but that’s normal for Japan so just be aware of that when booking, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful with sending our luggage to our next hotel. Very good places to eat within walking distance the train station was only a 5 minute walk away and we had a convenient store just down the block, loved it and thank you Rembrandt Style Tokyo Nishikasai Grande for taking such good care of us!!

The hotel was nice as well as the staff but I did find it a bit far from Tokyo and the main attractions I planned for. Also, I had no closet space to hang my wardrobe..

Beds were extremely spacious and the room itself was quite large for being close to Tokyo. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety.
