This is my second time booking with this hotel branch. The hospitality, and quality has exceeded my expectation both times. The hotel is in such a convenient location. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants around the area that are popular for traditional dishes. In terms of the staff, they were super helpful and accommodating to my requests.

Wife had lots of red spots after sitting on the carpet area for packing our luggages. Pretty sure the carpet is not as clean as it should be.

Richmond Hotel Nagayo is conveniently located near our favorite places and is right in front of the Nagoya City tourist loop bus P758. Breakfast is sufficient. Rooms are bigger that’ll the usual Japan hotels

Just one stop from Nagoya station, but there are many exits which meant I took a taxi to the hotel in the end. Basic small Japanese room. Nothing special but good. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Not a well known hotel, so I found it helpful to tell the taxis to drive to the Hilton… as it was next door. Breakfast is good. 4 options of Bento boxes, including salmon or eel or French toast or scrambled egg, supplemented with a limited buffet with salad, yogurt, coffee.. etc . Good for price

Great location to move around in central Nagoya. The room given initially was a lower floor without any view so I had to ask to change a room in a higher floor.

A bit more space compared to others. Hotel parking got no direct entrance to the hotel, got to walk from the back of the hotel to the front to get to lobby.( might be a problem if it’s raining)
