The OneFive Sendai

Nothing not to like here! It was amazing. So clean, very comfortable beds, an awesome bathroom with separate handbasin and separate toilet. Breakfast was so good we didn't need lunch. We'll be back!!!

The OneFive Sendai is strategically located a short walk, or one subway stop from Sendai Station. The lobby is very attractive with trees, seating area and the reception desk with the most warm and friendly staff you will ever meet. Our roon was on the fourth floor, and had a very good layout, beginning at the lobby area, with two built in seats each with a coat rail and space beneath for shoes separated by a wardrobe.with full leangth mirror in between. Around the corner was two double beds and one single bess, lots of sockets and a few USB points for electrics there was also a desk area with lighting, and a flat screen tv was well positioned between two large windows at the foot end of the bed. The bathroom was divided into three separate sections. Ti the left was the wc cubicle, in the cerre was the sink, and to the right was a large shower room with bath and Television. Overall a great spacious room, however two aspects let it down. There was no view at all, looking in on an inner courtyard, and the carpets are in need of either a deep clean or replacement. This did not spoil our stay but it did take it down from a 5 to a 4 star review. The beds were comfortable and we did have great rest every night. Breakfast was simole and very nice, omlets, soufled eggs, boiled eggs, rice and dashi, fermented soy beans,

Convenient location,

Room was very small for a Queen size bed. The room was very sparse, but functional. They didn't provide free bottled water like many hotels. Hotel itself seems modern and clean.

Good: Very clean room Very nice and helpful staff A lot of offsite car parks very near the hotel. 2 are right at the back street of the hotel. very reasonably priced petrol station at the corner of the street near the hotel, for thise driving Alot of amenities, including facial wash and facial cleanser. the only hotel we stayed in japan which includes facial wash as amenities. Very near konbinis, Lawson amd Family Mart. Very near eateries, around 1-2 mins walk from the hotel. Around 5 mins walk to Sendai train station. Around 1 min walk to the nearest local train station Bad: Seems to have max 2 devices which can connect to wifi. this affected my review of this hotel. Otherwisw , i would have given 5 stars. Very weak water pressure. this is one of the weakest, if not the weakest hotel water pressure we stayed in japan. Very expensive onsite parking, ¥1800 during our stay. However, there are a lot of reasonably priced offsite parking nearby, for as low as ¥600 from 1800hrs to 0900hrs

Close to Sendai Station-within walking distance. Close to many restaurants & shops. They provide toiletries & pajamas & slippers. You can request to have your pajamas & towels changed daily. You have a mini fridge, heater/AC, desk, chair. They can hold your luggage, but in the open area lobby. They have a restaurant attached & breakfast.

Overall a pretty average hotel which is on the more expensive side, frustratingly the front desk staff seem to be MIA quite often at busy times.

The hotel is an easy walk from the JR station. The lobby has amenities that you can take to your room. The room is quite small and the carpet needs a steam clean. The double bed is small and firm. Only one pillow per person is provided.

We stayed at OneFive Sendai for 2 nights. We had only reserved 1 night but our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and we liked that it was clean and newer. Bathroom had a huge countertop which was unusual for Japan and we loved it!

숙소 위치나 객실은 괜찮음. 근데 리셉션 직원들이 엄청 무뚝뚝하고 (예를 들면, 웃으면서 손님 응대하는 직원이 거의 없음. 리셉션에 아무도 없어서 한참을 기다리는데 벨 같은 것도 없고.. 한참 뒤에 천천히 나와서 무표정으로 응대해주는 태도 등) 조식 뷔페는 나쁘지 않음. 다만 1번 이상 먹을 수준을 아님. 또한 8시가 안된 시각쯤이었는데도 다 소진된 음식과 음료, 식기들을 채워 놓을 생각을 안함. 08시30분 오는 손님들은 못 먹는 음식들이 많을듯.

Walkable from train station, rooms very nice - enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Laundry an added bonus!

Property was OK, it looks better in the picture. The stuff is not too friendly. It’s walking distance to the train station. Overall is not too bad.

Staff were poor. Pointless doing the pre check in, check in… because when you get there the QR code isn’t needed… you go to the staff and they move you to a machine… it asks for QR code, then staff come over and make you input all your info…. So what’s the point of the QR code and pre check in?

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
