Good option in safe, well-lit area. Most staff spoke English. Restaurant had a wide selection of food. Curtains were thin so I had to use my sleeping mask. Only one bottle of water provided had me running to the nearby market.

This 6 floor hotel only has ONE iron. So much for four stars. I had a suitcase full needing ironing so I asked to take the iron to my room. I was rudely awoken at 6h30 am (despite no disturb sign) being asked for the iron. After I put it outside, I was still awoken two more times (on the phone and knocking). When I complained to manager, he was rude and said it was my fault for wanting iron in my room ( again, four star hotel). I've travelled in KAZ (cheap and less cheap hotels) and never had issues with irons or being unreasonably awoken. Other than that, condition was good, confortable and reasonably clean (other than used sleepers we found under the bed)

Ethnic hotel in quiet location in the centre of Almaty. Good facilities - good WiFi, TV with English channels, nice bathroom, kettle and tea bags provided. Comfortable room good Airconditioning. Very good breakfast buffer included. Sauna and plunge pool.

We enjoyed a clean, spacious room with comfortable beds, and a good AC. The breakfast offers more than enough options to start your day off right. We also enjoyed the exercise space and the Banya. Easy walking to a verity of restaurants.

The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed.

There seemed to be quite a lot of choice in Almaty for hotels. Wasn't sure what to expect but this turned out to be a good pick. Friendly service and they checked me in early, a comfortable room and an okay breakfast choice. Overall couldn't have asked for much more though they do need to know you can get a bus to the airport!

Nice hotel and unfortunately just a short stay. My only complaint was tge hotel was very overheated and I had to have the window open to the winter weather for an hour to cool the room down.
