We were 3 people staying in a 4-person room, which had a window, sofa & TV. The room size was spacious enough to fit 3 medium suitcases and 2 small suitcases. Strategic location, close to Komtar, pharmacy across the hotel, and hawker food next to 118 Hotel Macalister. The staff were also friendly and very helpful for luggage storage, room upgrades, etc. Only this hotel does not provide toothbrushes. For soap, shampoo, towels and hair dryers are available.

The room for 4 people is too small so it is not comfortable. Besides the bed is not clean, there is a lot of dust & hair clumps. Btw the staff is friendly & check in can be faster without waiting long.

The bed was very dirty, the sheets were also dirty as if they had never been changed. I slept with itching & my face immediately turned red. The room was also full of dust & lots of ants :( When I first entered there was still a lot of hair on the floor. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Sorry.
