Excellent choice for its price and location. Room is clean. Breakfast can give a miss, wasnt bothered since there are many other food choices around. The pillow is way too high and cause stiff neck after a night of sleep. Hope the hotel can look into it and provide more alternatives. Other than that this is my go-to hotel whenever i visit JB.

Maintenance of the hotel sucks! Heater in the room was faulty and we found out when we are back after supper. After informing the hotel, the maintenance staff came after over 20 mins and he asked why we never inform early so that hotel can change a room for us. He then asked if we want to change a room at 1am or he will try to repair and see if the heater works. We did not want to go through the hassle of room changing so he tried to repair yet the problem was not fixed. End up we had to shower with cold water. We informed the front desk about faulty heater with no hot water for shower during check out and gotten the same response that we did not inform early so that they can offer room change. We told the front desk that the maintenance staff asked if we want to change the room but we did not want to. We just want to inform them that the heater is faulty and they started to repeat that we did not inform early. Can you believe that we did not even receive a "sorry" as apology for the poor maintanence?

Used to stay in deluxe room. 1st time in std room.. furniture edges dmg quote a fair bit Toilet paper not enough.. 100RM deposit required. Paid by credit card still waiting refund after EOD Has heat function if aircon too cold Quiet side which is great

Room and overall is ok. But staff forgot to return me my passport after collecting the deposit and etc. Was so afraid I lost it when I realized and when return to counter they put it right on top of the counter table which is so dangerous !
